Coin Stores in Texas

Texas is a live directory state with sourced shops. This is a shop directory, not a census: twenty-four listings — not every counter in the state. El Paso, Lubbock, Amarillo, Waco, and McAllen are not listed because no walk-in street could be cited. The city switchboard only opens a city that already has a public shop. Unverified imports stay off public pages; there is no leftover Texas dump.

Paid featured listings are labeled Featured and sit above free shops. None of these rows are paid featured yet. Free shops stay on this page.

Texas sales tax

Texas tax note, not tax advice. Tax Code section 151.336 exempts the sale of gold, silver, or numismatic coins, and of platinum, gold, or silver bullion, from the taxes imposed by that chapter. Comptroller rule 34 TAC section 3.336, effective October 1, 2013, says the exemption does not cover those coins or that bullion when they are jewelry or another item of adornment. This page is not telling you what you owe.
